The breakfast was a true delight, featuring artisan bread that added a unique flair to each morning. The swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for cooling off after a day exploring Freetown's offerings. Plus, the location couldn’t be beat, with the nearby beach stretching like a siren's call.
Still waiting on some items to be fully equipped in the apartments I used, like a washing machine and safe. Also had a bumpy ride with the airport transfer due to miscommunication, but everything else sparkled! Just a little fine-tuning needed.

The Lead Hotel in Freetown impressed me with its spacious Junior Suite that felt luxurious, featuring a comfortable bed and beautiful decor. I loved the proximity to the beach, perfect for leisurely strolls. The hotel staff were genuinely warm and accommodating, immediately making me feel welcomed. Breakfast choices were abundant, and the quality was delightful, though I wished for more local options. I did experience issues with the airport transfer arrangements, which was a bummer. The traffic chaos due to a wedding event affected my stay as well, resulting in noise that disrupted my evening. It would’ve been nice to have been informed about that beforehand. Although I enjoyed my time there, those few inconveniences truly stood out.

the architecture is astonishing, too bad about the wedding chaos ruining my stay. how hard would it have been to offer a complimentary welcome drink for the inconvenience? i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t ignore the little things.

This charming hotel has stunning architecture and is just a stroll away from the beach. My room was excellent—super comfy! The pool was massive and sparkling clean, making for a lovely afternoon dip.
If only the restaurant served some local dishes. I was beginning to think I was in a ‘no-taste zone. ’ Also, I lost count how many times I had to ask for a straw—I mean, come on!
